Cancellation Policy

Retreat Terms and conditions ​Our Retreat are designed to be fun, educational and a break from the outside world set on pathhill outdoors.​ If you have any questions about how the retreat runs please view our FAQs' or get in contact to discuss these queries, we are happy to help!​ This retreat dose involve an element of risk of injury. Working with hot steel and sharp tools throughout both Retreats. the nature of this retreat means they can never be 100% safe despite careful monitoring from our instructors. To take part in our retreat you must acknowledge and agree to this danger. Although we provide all health and safety equipment and PPE as well as careful monitoring and tutoring by our in the forge as well as all necessary PPE, accidents can happen. ​ Our catering is simple and carefully monitored for cross contamination. However due to the nature of our outdoor kitchen environment we cannot guarantee it is free from certain potential allergens. We cannot cater to those with severe allergies due to this environment. If you have an allergy it must be disclosed before booking so we can discuss weather you can proceed with booking a space.    Refunds​ If you have purchased a place but would like to cancel then please get in touch, if its 6 weeks or more before your course date then you will receive a 95% refund (or 90% for a privately booked space, constituting on group or couple specific accommodation) as transaction fees are deducted before the payment reaches our bank meaning these funds we never receive and therefore cannot refund the full value. ​ if you wish to cancel a course within 6 weeks of the course then refunds are not possible as materials, time and resources have already gone into making the day possible.  Photography, videography and other forms of media may be taken during the course of the event for future promotional purposes on social media and online. unless you otherwise state before the start of the retreat then you will be included in these images and fully consent to your photography being taken as well as any other form of media advertising. ​ Please get in touch and we are happy to assist in any queries.
